- Cook a delicious home-made meal or make plans to catch up with a friend over dinner
- Clear space of clutter:
- Put the kitchen to bed: wash dishes, wipe counter top, evaluate fridge
- Put the tables to bed: clear paper clutter on coffee table, dining table, desk
- Put the phone to bed: respond to texts, close tabs, lock and leave untouched til morning
